Victor M. Perez – President and CEO

Victor Perez is an industry leader with more than 25 years of global executive leadership in both public and private companies. He has an extensive track record of growing revenues, forging partnerships with industry leaders, and building highly effective global teams. Victor’s experience includes: CEO/President at Panasas, building it into the leading provider of parallel storage software solutions; CEO/President of Chaparral Network Storage, where he architected a successful exit strategy and sold the company to a public company; and COO at StorageTek, a $2 billion computer storage company. Victor earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Catholic University of Puerto Rico and completed various executive management programs at Harvard University.

Kim Michael Gullickson – Vice President of Worldwide Sales

With over 20 years of global technology sales leadership, Kim is responsible for developing Eversync’s sales strategy and team as the company rapidly expands its distribution channels. Previously, Kim helped build successful businesses as a sales executive at startups Isilon and Panasas. He began his career in sales at EDS and HP, and he received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and his MBA from the University of Houston.

Joan Wrabetz – Chief Marketing Officer

Joan Wrabetz has over 20 years of executive technology management experience. She is responsible for inbound, outbound, and strategic marketing at Eversync. Prior to Eversync, Joan was the VP of Marketing and Alliances for Visla, an early stage virtualization management company. In addition to holding management positions at StorageTek, Tricord Systems, and SRI International, Joan is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and run multiple private and public companies. Joan has also been a Venture Partner with BlueStream Ventures and has been an advisor and consultant to multiple storage and networking companies. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSEE from Stanford University, and BSEE from Yale University.

Steve “max” Ackerman – Founder and CTO

Max Ackerman formerly served as co-founder and CTO of Phobos Corp., where, in just 3 years, his extensive entrepreneurial, management, team building, and engineering skills led to SonicWALL’s $279 million acquisition of Phobos in 2000. Max has a history of innovative technology product development spanning 13 years for various companies. His past successful product developments include: SonicWALL and Cisco’s SSL security offloading devices; Phobos’ line of Fast Ethernet products for SGI, HP, and SUN, as well as Phobos’ load balancers. Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Vermont.

Christopher Hull – Founder and Chief Scientist

Christopher Hull draws on his extensive background in systems and network level engineering, embedded operating systems, ASIC design, embedded system motherboard design, device driver and kernel development, compiler design, and IT systems management to direct the development of Eversync’s product line. Previously, at Silicon Graphics, he co-developed SonicWALL and Cisco’s internet security offloading devices. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Vermont.

John Robertson – Vice President of Operations

A seasoned engineering executive, John Robertson brings over 20 years of successful development experience to guide strategic planning of new data protection technologies and to head the company’s development teams. Prior to Eversync, John was at Linux Networx, a clustered high performance computing (HPC) company where he was a product manager of their HPC Storage Solutions. Prior to Linux Networx, his work included the development of architectural and product integration designs during his tenures at Novell, Inc., Volera, Inc. and Mobile Productivity, Inc.
